BikersForOurTroopsBikersForOurTroops (BFOT), a National Heritage Foundation, was established to enable motor cycle enthusiasts to show their support for our dedicated troops and their families. Motorcyclists, as a group, thrive on the freedom that is found on an open highway. And, more than many other groups, we openly display our individuality through our bikes, our patches & pins, leathers, and everything that makes us unique. We are fiercely patriotic and proudly show it. The very freedom to display this individuality is fought for daily by our brave troops, who, with their families, make endless sacrifices to ensure that we can exercise our choices. For those of you who have felt the power of a memorial day 'rolling thunder', you already know. For those who have not, do it. Everyday, hundreds of thousands of our fellow citizens are on the front lines, defending our right to kick back and feel the wind in our faces. Sharing this commitment are their families, who face the worry and separation while these heroes put aside their lives to ensure that America remains the land of the free. Freedom to ride, debate, be unique, organize a bike club. We believe that bikers recognize these sacrifices and will join together to give their support to our troops and their families.
Our MissionOur mission is to provide a forum for motorcyclists to channel time, energy and financial support to groups specifically supporting our troops and their families.
